2. Returned merchandise and refund policy 
If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, please notify us of the problem and return the item within 14 days for an exchange or refund - the following conditions apply:

• Items must be returned in original condition.  If items returned for refund are not deemed to be in original condition, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.

• A re-stocking fee of 10% for standard stock items, or 20% for custom-made items, may be incurred.

Please note that goods are guaranteed against manufacturing or material faults - products displaying such faults should be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Products are not guaranteed against wear through the natural course of usage or if products are used inappropriately, not maintained correctly or if damaged after purchase. 

Please also note:

• If goods are faulty or not as you specified, they will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

A refund for the purchase price of the goods will be provided within 5 days of receipt of the returned items, but sooner in most cases.

Postage costs will be paid by the purchaser where items are returned, other than for return of defective items or where the incorrect item has been provided. Where free delivery has applied for the item being returned, the cost of postage for the initial delivery of the item will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Windchill Sports takes no responsibility for goods damaged in transit.

3. Delivery policy 
Windchill Sports will dispatch orders by Australia Post. Postage and packing costs will be borne by the purchaser unless otherwise specified.
Express delivery may be elected at the discretion and cost of the purchaser.
Insurance of goods being delivered is at the option of the purchaser.
Windchill Sports takes no responsibility for goods damaged in transit.

4. Product liability 
The product description and specifications are to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication.  Please note that products may not be exactly as pictured, please read the product details before purchase. 

Maps:  Windchill Sports takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the maps it supplies that it does not hold copyright to. Orienteering maps, and any courses depicted on such maps, are generally maintained by various volunteer orienteering associations. While it is in the clubs’ best interest to maintain permanent course markers, controls etc; all are subject to the effects of the elements and are located in public areas and are subjected to vandalism and damage from time to time. It is the responsibility of the user of the orienteering map(s) to reconnoiter the area for any potential hazards before conducting any orienteering activities using information and maps supplied by Orienteering Service of Australia. Any changed conditions can be reported directly to Orienteering Services of Australia on the contact details listed below. We will promptly pass on your feedback to the owner of the copyright of the map, but will not take responsibility for rectifying any errors or omissions.

The above disclaimer and liability limitation do not exclude any rights, which by law may not be excluded, including but not limited to your rights under the Trade Practices Act.
