Purchase orders

Windchill Sports specialises in providing orienteering equipment for schools, clubs & organisations.

We welcome purchase orders from schools, scouts, cadets and other organisations and can invoice (30 day payment terms) upon provision of an official purchase order number.

To submit a purchase order for your School or organisation:

• Select the "Purchase Order" payment option* upon checkout
  or
• Send us your school or organisation's purchase order form by email to sales@windchillsports.com.au or fax to 03 9714 8303.

*please note that your order will not be dispatched until we receive either your purchase order number or payment.

All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

We will dispatch your products with an official tax invoice, generally within 2 working days of receipt of your purchase order.

All orders will be sent by Australia Post:

• Standard Parcel Post:
  Delivery is free for orders over $250.00.
  For orders under $250.00, delivery fees for standard post will be $8.00.

• Express Post:  Delivery fee $12.50. 
  If you require express post please note it on your order form or if ordering online, select the Express Post delivery option at checkout.
